My stay was really comfortable here. I loved this hotel, it was fairly clean and gorgeous.

Everything was nice and fairly clean, I loved staff and rooms. Visited their restaurant the Albert couple of times.

The hotel is contemporary, I appreciated its very good staff and location.

Have spent our 2 nights here lovely, it was just what we needed.

Upscale and fairly clean hotel, liked it. The food was amazing and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu. Very enjoyable stay, as always.

It is a cool hotel and I loved its new-fashioned rooms and attentive personnel. The location is in 10 minutes' walk to Grand subway station.

The staff was knowledgeable, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city really close to the main attractions and stores and Michigan Avenue. Loved the restaurant for dinner.

Everything was simply great. Amazing breakfast, perfect and immaculate room, cool staff. Fine beds and separate lounge and blinds. The Irish bar was amazing, appreciated this place. Service was very exceptional during my stay too.

Savoury breakfast, warm rooms and quiet beds. There were climate control, WiFi and coffee in the room, appreciated that. There was an amazing restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. They had a quick check-in too. I had a very delightful stay.

Lovely design, cozy and themed rooms and responsible staff. It was based near a sandy beach. Lots of options, HEALTHY food. A delightful stay with a well-maintained swimming pool.

I slept so comfy in the spacious bed. The location was unbeatable, relatively close to a large urban park.

The rooms were pet-friendly, the breakfast was fresh made, the staff were happy to help. Panoramic view, a large balcony, amazing bed, too. Central downtown location to an - art indoor aquarium. Joyful hotel, had a really decent service.

Hotel accommodation was modern, I loved helpful staff. Spacious room and relaxing beds. They made my stay unforgettable. I found stunning ron of japan restaurant just a walk down to the property. I had the brunch there.

very beautiful location of the hotel, public parking, beds were good. room had a luxury bathroom and tv with satellite channels, a personal safe and a coffeemaker. and i was down to the desk.

A quaint hotel, we had an awesome stay. Brand-new unit with a great decor.

The breakfast was consistently good, the staff was active, the grounds were quite clean. The queen room had a super comfy bed. Super buper, prime location. I loved the fact that it was a 15-minute walk from the subway.
